Classic Mini Subframe  Polyurethane Trunnion Bushes Kit Set of 4 C-STR638

Fits all Morris, Austin, Leyland & Rover Mini rear subframes

Cars manufactured before 1976 can use the same bush (2A5818/POLY) at the front and rear of the subframe, 8 per car.

These uprated bushes give a stiffer ride and the polyurethane lasts much longer than standard rubber bushes

Use these bushes in conjunction with our other poly bush kits to really improve your Mini's  ride and handling

Note:  This kit is enough to do one subframe only.  To do both subframes -  please purchase 2 sets.

Guide to Hardness Selection (The Rating is based upon the Shore Hardness Scale)

As a general guide the rating of 60 Shore will imitate original rubber parts hardness for your car.

50, 60, 70 Shore - Typically subframe mountings, replacement of pu foam shock mounts etc. where low NVH (Noise Vibration & Hardness) is a priority and situations where compliance is desirable.

80, 88 Shore - Typically wishbone, radius rod, non coil over shock eye bushes

90 Shore - Typically leaf spring eyes or more heavily loaded wishbones & radius arms, trunnion bushes where replacing rubber

95 Shore - Typically intensely loaded coil over shock bushes, trunnion bushes where replacing nylon.
