Throttle Shaft Bush Polyurethane Pair - 138490SP-SetA
Throttle shaft bush manufactured from SuperPro Polyurethane material used on CP TR5-6, 2.5PI throttle assembly and kits RTR4211-4215 series.
The SuperPro bearings reduce friction and will not break up in the way the originals do.
Please bear in mind that this bush is a direct replacement for the original part. On the throttle mechanism of CP TR5-6 and 2.5PI the central bush is assembled before the mechanism is welded together rendering it impossible to replace this bush, This why many throttle mechanisms are missing the central bush. The solution is simply to cut the bush through one side with a super sharp knife and feed the bush in until it engages in its bracket.
The outer bushes pop into their brackets quite easily and as these are outboard of the throttle levers welded to the shaft, they can be replaced with the shaft removed.
