This is a different design to original. It is meant to be stuck to the bulkhead rather than slide onto the seam

You should use a quality contact adhesive to stick this seal in position

This softer seal cushions the bonnet lay up onto the scuttle.

This seal is 1.20m long

As with many Triumph designs the parts are also meant to be cushioned by rubber.

Stop the rattles and protect the panels.
