Note: To ensure this Module will fit into an Australian Bosch ARD10E Distributor as shown you need to make some modifications to the baseplate of the Powerspark Module.
Remove the advance mechanism plates from the distributor ( Two screws either side of the plates) Dont lose them. Also remove the vaccum advance unit .
Remove the Powerspark Module from its mounting plate. Take care not top lose the small countersunk screw in the plate thats underneath the module.
You need to remove the Mounting Post for the original Ignition points set and press the post into the large round hole in the Module Plate.
Dummy mount the module and plate in the distributor and check clearances around the trigger ring.
Next you need to mark a point to re drill the countersunk screw in the module mounting plate ( Best done from underneath the plate with a sharp object or marker.)
Drill the hole and countersink it to match the one that is already in the plate.
Re assemble your distributor and make sure the clearances are good between the trigger ring and the module. A millimetre or two is good.

Powerspark Electronic Ignition explained in more detail:
The kit uses a simple magnetic trigger and optimises dwell to provide a reliable and consistent spark across the rev range. It is easy to install and maintenance free.
Each kit comprises a baseplate with electronic module, trigger ring and all wiring. The new electronic baseplate mounts exactly where the points and condenser baseplate sat. The kit connects directly to the coil using the wires provided, red to the positive side and black to the negative side. The ignition kit will automatically shut down if the ignition is left switched on without the engine running to prevent component damage.
Powerspark Electronic Ignition Kits are designed to work with a coil resistance above 1.5 ohms, typically 3.0 ohms. Some performance coils operate at a lower resistance and will need the High Energy electronic ignition kit.
Full fitting instructions are included with your kit, and plenty more instructions can be found on our blog.
