This is a double filament lamp holder and it takes the 60mm deep rubber boot 37H5481

Complete unit with double filament bulb holder & Lucas LLB380 double filament bulb, zinc bezel rim and rubber boot

Note this is a recessed lamp holder so you can use the flat style of glass lens
