Lucas C45 Type - Classic Dynamo or Generator.

Extensively fitted to many classic cars from the 1950's through to the early 1970's when it was replaced by the more modern alternator.

This unit is an OE Lucas dynamo fully remanufactured by Powerlite in the UK - not a copy part from Asia!

Note this unit is not fitted with the Cooling Fan &  Pulley. You should use your existing parts

Negative Earth  - Negative Earth  ( You can "Flash" the casing to alter the unit to Positive earth)

This is a fully remanufactured OE Lucas unit, not an imitation from Asia.

Sourced direct from the Powerlite Factory this range of Remanufactured units has undergone every test and is fully backed by the Powerlite warranty.

Aside from the confidence of knowing that this part was made for your vehicle, we should note that Hawkswood have visited the plant in the United Kingdom and seen the care and expertise that is applied when these units are re-manufactured.

Each item is individually tested before labelling with the Lucas Sticker and packaging.

As such we offer the Factory Warranty of Two Years from Date of Purchase on this unit. 

In the unlikely event should the unit fail please return it to us with Proof of Purchase,

(Competition and Track use is excluded)
