The FUELFLOW 060 Piston Pump (GREEN) is our 6 volt model.

This is a specialist replacement fuel pump and is suited to any application that has a 6 volt power supply.

Although this pump is used in a variety of different applications it is typically used in motorcycles and vintage vehicles.

The Pump has an internal By-Pass system to allow the fuel to circulate when the outflow is blocked.

This allows for instant fuel delivery when there is demand from the carburettor. The use of a By Pass Restrictor system in some vehicles also allows for this. 

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING 6 Volt Systems and Positive Earth Cars

The First issue being the actual Voltage showing on the battery. For instance... a Battery showing 5 Volts in what is ostensibly a 6 Volt system may present as an issue... in percentage wise that's almost 16% off its rated voltage.....  thats very different from what may be expected if,for instance, the vehicle would be a 12 volt system.

The second issue to be considered is that for a Positive Earth Car the Chassis of the Car is of course the Positive Connection, meaning the Red Wire from the  Fuel Flow 060 Pump should be connected direct to the Chassis of the car, Not to the Battery. ( Customers are often confused by this and continue to connect the pump in the wrong manner).
