Thermostat and gasket

This thermostat is rated to open at 88 degrees Celsius

Outside diameter :  48 mm

Never leave the thermostat out of the cooling system.

Rather remedy the cause of any over heating etc.

You will damage the engine and cause more wear by leaving it out and allowing the engine to operate whilst its not at the correct temperature.

This is a low cost item 

Change it out if you are not sure where the fault may be in the system.
