This radiator hose is designed to accommodate the OEM style copper radiators as fitted to Triumph cars.

Manufactured to suit the following models:

Triumph Spitfire   Mk1
Triumph Spitfire   Mk2
Triumph Spitfire   Mk3
Triumph Spitfire   Mk1V    Mk4
Triumph Spitfire   1500
Triumph GT6

The Leaking hose has been force fitted onto a Chinese made Aluminium Radiator
The other picture is as fitted correctly using OEM parts

If you attempt to use this hose when connecting to the Aluminium Radiators as imported into NZ via Australia and China you risk failure of the hose.

The angle of connection for the top hose on those Aluminium Radiators is not correct they will strain the hose. It may subsequently leak and damage your engine.
